Here is a sample analysis of another suspected rigged Lottery result for the Fantasy Five game in California.

June 10, 1991 – A young girl named Jaycee Lee Dugard is abducted from near her home in South Lake Tahoe, Ca.

On 8-25-2009 – Jaycee Lee Dugard is found to be alive, and during her many years of captivity, she has apparently had two daughters as a consequence of being repeated raped by Phil Garido.

On 8-20-2012 -- Todd Akin explains how a woman's body will "shut down" in case of "legitmate rape", so that pregnancy is all but impossible.

Also on 8-20-2012, the numbers 6,10,23,29,39 comes up on the California Lottery’s Fantasy Five Game.  (drawing number 6862) What is the chance of that, if it is not rigged?  (Note that 23+29+39 = 91)  Answer: 1 in 575,757.

But how many other 3-groups would satisfy the relation x+y+z =91, in order to form a desirable triplet.  Well, remember that 91/3 = 30.333, and thus by the partitioning principle, at least one value must be greater than or equal to 31, or actually 32, since 29+30+31 equals 90.  So 29+30+32 is one possibility, but 28, 30, 33 is another.  Here is the complete list, showing a sort of triangular arrangement, according to the method of construction:

{14, 38, 39}, {15, 37, 39}, {16, 36, 39}, {17, 35, 39}, {18, 34, 39}, {19, 33, 39},

{20, 32, 39}, {21, 31, 39}, {22, 30, 39}, {23, 29, 39}, {24, 28, 39}, {25, 27, 39}

{16, 37, 38}, {17, 36, 38}, {18, 35, 38}, {19, 34, 38}, {20, 33, 38}, {21, 32, 38},

{22, 31, 38}, {23, 30, 38}, {24, 29, 38}, {25, 28, 38}, {26, 27, 38}

{18, 36, 37}, {19, 35, 37}, {20, 34, 37}, {21, 33, 37}, {22, 32, 37},

{23, 31, 37}, {23, 30, 37}, {25, 29, 37}, {26, 28, 37}

{20, 35, 36}, {21, 34, 36}, {22, 33, 36}, {23, 32, 36}, {24, 31, 36},

{25, 30, 36}, {26, 29, 36}, {27, 28, 36}

{22, 34, 35}, {23, 33, 35}, {24, 32, 35}, {25, 31, 35}, {26, 30, 35},

{27, 29, 35}, (note no 28,28,35)

{24, 33, 34}, {25, 32, 34}, {26, 31, 34}, {27, 30, 34}, {28, 39, 34},

{26, 32, 33}, {27, 31, 33}, {28, 30, 33}, (note no 29, 29, 33)

And finally – {28, 29, 32}

Overall – it looks like there are 55 possibilities, which looks like a reasonable triangular number.  So the chance that 6-10 will come up on any given random day, along with 3 numbers that add up to 91 is just 575,757/55 – which is about on chance in 10468.3.  Unless of course the person rigging it insists on having the number 23 in the mix, or the number 39 since that is that highest number in the game, or both, in which case the choice is forced, and the odds are 1 in 575,757 again.

But the real question isn’t whether or not is being rigged in 2012, but whether or not it was rigged in 1991 – in which case, the real question is “When will Mitt Romney be indicted?” for his role in providing young “Mormon brides” to some of his associates of the day, along with lots on nice crooked cash - and not just because back in 1991 the Super Lotto was as easy as pi to win.
